Donny Allen is a Broker/Owner and Mega Agent with Keller Williams Realty of Southwest Missouri located in Joplin. Donny began his real estate career as a sales person with a franchise company in 1996, acquired his broker’s license in 2002 and was soon hired by a large independent firm to a position as a selling Broker/Manager. Donny opened Keller Williams Realty of Southwest Missouri with 3 partners and 5 agents in 2006 and led the growth of the company which quickly became the number one company in the Joplin area by closed volume and the largest company by agent count with over 170 agents.
Donny served as President of the Ozark Gateway Association of REALTORS® in 2008 and has received the 3 major awards given by his board which include Rookie of The Year, REALTOR® Spirit Award and REALTOR® of The Year. Donny holds the ABR®, CL, CLHMS, CRB, CRS, GRI, MGRI, MRE, PMN, SRS designations in addition to the AHWD, e-PRO®, PSE, and SFR® certifications. He has been teaching, training, mentoring and coaching agents for more than 20 years.
Donny is a graduate of the 2006 Missouri REALTORS® Leadership Academy and the 2017 NAR Leadership Academy. He has served on the Board of Directors at the local and state level for many years as well as serving on numerous committees and output groups at the local and state level. Highlights include Chairman of Missouri REALTORS® Leadership Development Output Group in 2014, Strategic Planning Committee, Executive Committee, Chair Grievance Forum 2016, Finance Committee 2017-2019, RPAC Trustee 2013-2016, 2017-2019, Golden R President’s Circle and the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame in 2017.
