Joe DiVito knows how to light up a room, literally. A former electrician, Joe has been shedding light on the real estate industry for more than 22 years, helping clients realize their homeownership dreams. Joe earned his real estate license in 1986, and has spent the past 22 years as a dedicated REALTOR®.
Joe has been a sales/broker associate with RE/MAX Alliance since 1990. Joe is a devoted volunteer and community leader and has held numerous elected positions with the Jefferson County Association of REALTORS®, as well as spent hundreds of hours volunteering for the organization. In addition, Joe serves as director of Colorado Association of REALTORS® on behalf of the Jefferson County Association of REALTORS®. He also serves on the board of trustees of the Jefferson County Public Library, and is 20-year Rotarian, parish member, city planning commissioner and city council member. He has been an Accredited Buyer's Representative since 1994.
Joe has received numerous professional awards, including 2004 "REALTOR® of the Year" by the Jefferson County Association of REALTORS®. He was the recipient of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award in 2002. Earlier, Joe was inducted into the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame in 1996.
