Finding an individual more active in the cause of buyer representation and the advancement of REBAC than Lynn Madison would be a tremendous, if not insurmountable challenge. One of the first instructors in REBAC’s training program, she has also assisted in rewrites of courses and the recertification of instructors. In her own right, she has trained thousands of agents nationwide. She speaks on the topic of buyer representation at virtually every NAR Conference & Expo, as well as dozens of State and Local Association programs.

Ms. Madison’s educational activities extend into numerous other areas. In 1992 she developed the continuing education program for her home state of Illinois and has also been a CE instructor there and in 20 other states. She conducts new member orientation programs for the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and five other northern Illinois Associations on an ongoing basis. She is also a respected Ethics and Professional Standards instructor throughout the country. Her accomplishments in career education earned her the National Association of REALTORS® Educator of the Year award in 1996.

Earlier in her real estate career, Ms. Madison was vice president and director of career development for two large firms in the Chicago area: the 28-office First United REALTORS® and the 25-office Prudential Preferred Properties. Prior to these experiences, she was an award-winning real estate professional, earning Salesperson of the Year in honors in 1981.
