Ronn Huth

Ronn Huth, ABR® , ABRM®, started his company, Buyer’s Choice Realty, in 1990. The company, now with the offices in ANdover, Hamilton, Melrose and Winchester Massachusetts, serves buyers exclusively. He is a charter member of REBAC. “I would not be working in real estate if I was not representing buyers, “ he says, “It’s just so much more congruent with who I am. It is exceptionally rewarding to me.”

Named the 1998 REALTOR® of the Year by the North Shore (MA) Association of REALTORS® , Huth was also awarded the 1997 Visionary Award by Boston Banker &Tradesman. He is the 2001 President Elect for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®  (MAR), currently secretary of the North Shore Association, and a past director of MAR, and past president of the Massachusetts Association of Buyers Agents (MABA). He serves on the advisory board of the Real Estate Institute and teaches real estate as an adjunct faulty member at North Shore Community College. He is also an ordained minister.

Huth teaches the ABR®  Designation Course for Creative Learning Concepts and is certified by the Division of Registration as a Massachusetts Real Estate Instructor. He team-teaches a real estate course for attorneys sponsored by the Massachusetts Bar Association. He holds two Masters degrees and many real estate certifications including the ABR® , ABRM®, CRS, GRI, CBR, CEBA, and MCBA. He and his wife, Bonnie, have five children and nine grandchildren, all living on Boston’s North Shore.
