Shannon Buss has quickly moved up the ranks in the real estate industry over the past eight years. She is currently Team Leader of the Keller Williams Quincy, Massachusetts office, a position she earned in December 2011.

Shannon serves on NAR’s Housing Opportunity Committee, as well as the National Executive Committee for the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR). She is the 2012 WCR Regional Vice President for New England and a 2012 Instructor for the WCR’s Leadership Academy. Shannon also served on the WCR 2011 Effective Chapter Operations Steering Committee and has recently been appointed to chair the 2013 Professional Development Committee. She is a 2012 Sterling “R” RPAC Investor.

While serving as local WCR Chapter President she hosted the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) course Effective Negotiating for Real Estate Professionals. Buyer brokerage has always been Shannon’s passion, and delivering exceptional representation to buyers was instilled in her by her first mentor, Elizabeth Mastin. Shannon instills the same principles with her Keller Williams peers and also serves as an instructor for the Real Estate Institute of Massachusetts, teaching new licensees, agents earning their broker’s license, and continuing education.

A native of Dennis, Massachusetts, and graduate of Roger Williams University, Shannon has two grade school-aged children. She holds dual, U.S.-Irish citizenship, is a member of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians, and is a former director of the Museum of Newport Irish History.
