Dwayne Carte, ABR®, AHWD, e-PRO®, GREEN, RSPS, SRES®, TRC, believes in technology.
A REALTOR® since 2002, Carte was a manager and technical trainer in the information technology industry for more than 15 years prior to entering real estate. Today he works with RE/MAX Results in Edina, Minnesota and is an education consultant and trainer to various REALTOR® associations in Minnesota, Idaho and Pennsylvania.
Since becoming a REBAC instructor in 2005, Carte has taught more than 1,000 students in 20 states. He has also written articles for Today’s Buyer’s Rep Newsletter, hosted Webinars highlighting the benefits of REBAC membership and taught courses on a variety of topics including buyer representation, resort and second home markets and the 50-plus real estate market.
He acts as a REBAC representative to NAR’s International Operations Committee, is president of the Twin Cities Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) chapter and chairperson of the Technology and Communication Committee for the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA).
