Edward Hasicka, a licensed real estate professional and REALTOR® since 2006, is the Co-Founder and Owner of NextHome Residential with locations in New York City, on Long Island, and in Westchester County.

Eddie can tell you from first-hand experience that there is nothing like our real estate market. It can be tough, complex, and dog-eat-dog, but there’s nothing more rewarding for him than delivering results that build life-long relationships with his clients and agents. As a 21-year veteran of information technology, he has held positions from administrator to sales rep to manager to vice-president -- and now Licensed Real Estate Broker & Owner -- but it has always been about sales. For Eddie, navigating clients and those he leads to solutions for their challenges is what drives him to get up each and every morning. While technology plays an important part of the buying, selling, and renting of homes — enabling new levels of service unthinkable just a few decades ago — he strongly believes the human element is what really counts and too often gets lost in translation in this industry.
