Bio
Eloise Eriksson Martin, a native Dallasite and daughter of a Builder/Developer, embarked on her real estate career by being actively involved in the family business as a teenager. Her years of experience with her father in the home building business established the foundation of her success. Eloise learned the value of relationships and the importance of the REALTOR® community to the marketing and sales of homes. The time spent working with her father continues to contribute to the positive attitude that Eloise displays every day. Eloise has been active in the real estate industry and served as President of her local association, MetroTex Association of REALTORS® in 2008. Eloise's work in the real estate industry has earned her several awards: 2011 Distinguished Service Award from the Texas Association of REALTORS®; Ebby Halliday Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the Dallas Chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS®; Lois Hair Bernays Salesperson of the Year award from MetroTex Association of REALTORS® 2005; Poise Willess REALTOR® of the Year from the Dallas Women's Council of REALTORS® 2001. On the state level, Eloise is actively involved at the Texas Association of REALTORS. She knows the importance of education and continues to serve on the TAR Professional Development Management Team, Professional Development Committee and each year evaluates instructor that will teach fellow realtors across the state of Texas. On the national level, Eloise has served on the REBAC Advisory Board since 2009. She also participated on the subject matter expert (SME) panel for the revision of REBAC's ABR Designation Course. Eloise tirelessly works with agents in educating them on the skills and education need to work with home buyers. She stresses the importance of responsible home ownership in her educational approach. She continues to promote buyer-representation through education.
