Debbie entered the real estate industry in 1987, after working for several years in financial management as a regional trainer. She began teaching California Dept. of Real Estate approved courses in 1990 and is currently a provider and instructor for numerous National Association of REALTORS® designation and certification courses (ABR®, CRB, Green, SRES®, AHWD, BPOR, e-PRO®, SFR®) as well as many of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® designation courses.
In 2007, Debbie was named “Distinguished SRES®” and an SRES® Hall of Fame instructor. A passionate REALTOR® and advocate, her leadership skills have allowed her to contribute as President of the Moorpark Chamber of Commerce in 1994 and 1995, Moorpark City Councilwoman 1996-2000, “Woman of the Year” for the State of California 37th Assembly District, 2004 President of the Conejo Valley Association of REALTORS® and currently a state Director for the California Association of REALTORS®.
Debbie is the owner of Coaching To Excellence, a company dedicated to the achievement of personal excellence. She has coached many successful real estate agents and managers during her 25-year career and has designed her company to meet the needs of all aspiring real estate professionals who wish to build a successful business, break through self-imposed limitations, or overcome their fears.
She is currently a member of the Real Estate Educators Association, National Speakers Association, and the International Association of Coaches. Debbie is available for individual coaching consultations, corporate presentations, facilitations or group seminars.
