Denise entered real estate after owning a hardware and software technology business. She has been an ABR® for over 19 years, has worked with hundreds of clients, and always encourages agents to earn the ABR® designation!
Denise was actively using virtual tours to help long-distance buyers make smart property decisions long before the pandemic emerged. Many of her clients are from Asia and Canada.
Denise was the 2018 President of the DeKalb Association of REALTORS® (DAR) and its first Asian American President since its inception in 1957. She has also served in many other leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels.
Passionate about education and volunteering, in 2020, Denise donated 1,000 KN-95 masks to local police departments and produced podcasts in Chinese to help non-English speaking business owners apply for EIDL and PPP loans.
