Grace Kroeger was the 27th person in America to be awarder the ABR® designation. It was her life that made her the perfect model of a buyer’s rep. She moved her family 42 times within the US, and to five foreign countries because of her husband’s career in the US Navy and with an international utility company. She can relate to relocating homebuyers. In fact, her satisfied clients call her “Amazing Grace” because of her market savvy, persistence, negotiating skills, compassion, and problem solving abilities.
Still, she is modest about her accomplishments: “I feel it’s quite an honor to be one of seven selected out of 34,000 to be a charter member of the REBAC Hall of Fame. It is truly one of the highest honors I’ve ever received.”
“Amazing Grace” is no stranger to honors. She is a Life Member of the Awards of Excellence of the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS®, has been named to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame eight years in a row, and has been a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club since 1992. She is a Tennessee Real Estate Commissioner, appointed by the Governor, and an Ambassador for the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce.
The 72-year-old Kroeger has no plans to retire. She’s having too much fun!
