Induction Date

Besides being a charter member of the REBAC Advisory Board, Skip Weber helped put REBAC on the map of real estate education. As a founding member of Inner Circle Education (ICE), his leadership helped forge a relationship with REBAC to become a charter course provider. This created keen interest in ABRŪ training throughout the nation. In fact, the current market penetration, industry recognition and consumer respect REBAC now enjoys began in no small part from Mr. Weber' s success in Pennsylvania, where his school, Polley Associates, set the standard for other course providers.

As president of Realty Seminars Inc. (RSI), he was instrumental in founding Polley Associates, in 1971. With its corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia Newtown Square, Polley Associates has grown steadily, and now offers programs at more than 20 locations throughout Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and northern Delaware, making it the largest real estate education provider in the area.

Such achievements are hardly surprising given Mr. Weber's more than 25 years in real estate education. He has experience as an instructor, curriculum coordinator, administrator, marketer and course developer. A former national president of the Real Estate Educators Association, he is now serving a two- year term as president of ICE's successor organization, RealtyU.
