Lori has been licensed in the real estate profession since 1987.  Lori’s experiences in real estate sales include being a top-producing REALTOR®, residential sales management, sales training and professional development.  Lori has served on the Education Committee for the Illinois Association of REALTORS®, the Professional Development Committee and the Professional Standards Committee. Currently, Lori also most recently served on the task force for Illinois License Law Rewrite and the Professional Development Member Involvement Group.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Lori was a practicing psychotherapist.  Lori has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology as well as extensive training as a Business and Life Coach and is a trained mediator for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).  Lori has her Illinois Real Estate Managing Brokers License, Illinois Pre-license Instructors License, & Illinois Continuing Education Instructors’ License.

In 1999, Lori established Life Successes, Inc., a real estate education and coaching company uniquely tailored to provide success tools to real estate professionals through education, coaching and sales training. Lori’s coaching programs attract real estate professionals looking to narrow the gap between where they currently are performing and where they want to go.

Lori is the co-author of the NAR Short Sales and Foreclosure Certification (SFR) as well as the co-author of the proven success tool Real Estate Checklists & Systems© and author of the companion program Audio Scripts for Real Estate Professionals© and co-authored Counseling Sellers in Today’s Marketplace© .Lori is frequently interviewed by many REALTOR® publications and recently (3/11) as a featured subject matter expect for Today’s Buyer, a REBAC publication for the NAR and the upcoming July 2011 online edition to the Illinois REALTOR® publication.

Lori teaches several continuing education programs as well as The Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR), NAR HAFA Program, NAR BPOR Program, Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR) Programs, Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES), the WCR Performance Management Courses (PMN), Illinois GRI programs and various individual and group coaching programs for real estate professionals.
