When it was known as Inner Circle Education (ICE) and with just six member schools, RealtyU entered into an agreement with REBAC to present ABR^® training programs. That was in 1994, and since then the relationship has grown and prospered to the extent that RealtyU now offers all five of REBAC' s other courses: the ABRM^sm (Accredited Buyer's Representative Manager) Designation course, e-Buyer, Innovative Marketing Techniques for Buyer's Representatives, Successful Buyer Representation in New Home Sales and Successful Buyer Relocation Representation. Many of these courses were created and/or updated with the cooperation of instructors from RealtyU or its affiliated schools.

An early and avid REBAC supporter, RealtyU is today a consortium of 33 of the most highly-respected proprietary real estate training schools in the nation, with a teaching corps of 250 top educators, accommodating the educational needs of real estate professionals in 35 states and Canada. After training more than 45,000 students in 2001, RealtyU projects that over 100,000 students will attend their affiliated schools this year and anticipates 150,000 course enrollees in 2003.

Current RealtyU president and 2002 inductee Hugo "Skip" Weber will join 2001 inductee and RealtyU Chairman Jim Hogan in the REBAC Hall of Fame, alongside the organization that has been at the forefront of buyer representation education.
