Rita Santamaria

Rita Santamaria’s Champions School of Real Estate, a RealtyU affiliate school, is one of the largest recruiters of REBAC students in the network. With facilities in Houston and Dallas, her school is now celebrating its 20th anniversary. Rita’s excellence in teaching REBAC courses is further evidenced by her charter membership in RealtyU’s 5.0 Club, an honor given only to those instructors receiving straight 5.0 evaluations in all categories in ABR® classes of at least 20 students. Rita has published over ten real estate textbooks, which are used by over 25,000 students annually. She lives in Houston with her husband, Henry, a commercial broker. They have five children.
