Suburban West REALTORS® Association

Since its founding in 1921, the Suburban West REALTORS® Association has been a consistent champion and provider of professional real estate education in the Philadelphia area. To further its effort to educate real estate licensees in the Delaware Valley, the organization established the Association of REALTORS® School (ARS) in 1975. Last year, more than 4,000 real estate licensees took classes in one of their facilities. The Association of REALTORS® School is a fully accredited and approved education provider by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission. ARS offers real estate courses to individuals interested in pursuing a real estate career as well as providing MCE (mandatory continuing education) courses for those licensees who hold a Pennsylvania real estate salesperson’s/broker’s license and/or a Pennsylvania broker/appraiser certification. Designation courses are also offered to individuals who want to gain additional proficiencies and accomplishments in their real estate career.
