Widely recognized as leading real estate educators throughout North Carolina, Tom Daniel School of Real Estate owners Tom and Peggy Daniel provided ABR® education to 327 licensees in 2003 and, with well over 200 students by mid-June, are well on their way to surpassing that figure this year.
The Daniels established their school in 1992, and have owned and operated an exclusive buyer representation real estate company for the past six years.
A real estate professional since 1971, Mr. Daniel is a past president of the Fayetteville Association of REALTORS® and former vice president and director of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® and currently serves as treasurer and a director of the North Carolina Real Estate Education Foundation. In 1999 he received the North Carolina Educators Association’s Educator of the Year award.
After ten years experience as a legal secretary/paralegal specializing in real estate transactions, Ms. Daniel received her real estate license in 1977. A former president of the Fayetteville Board, she now serves as a director of both the Fayetteville and the North Carolina Associations of REALTORS®. In 2000, she was honored with the Regional Service Award by the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®.
In January, Ms. Daniel was inducted into the 5.0 Club of the RealtyU organization, an honor reserved for only those educators whose skills have earned a perfect 5.0 evaluation from a significant number of students. At the same time, the school received the RealtyU Certificate of Excellence for outstanding performance and lasting contribution.
