Throughout its decade of dynamic growth, REBAC has relied extensively on various organizations throughout the country to sponsor and deliver ABR® and ABRMSM accreditation education and to support REBAC’s overall mission. Headquartered in Olympia, the Washington REALTORS® is an outstanding example of such organizations.
It is not a coincidence that REBAC’s growth and advancement has been concurrent with an amazing period of professional training activity at the Washington REALTORS®. During the past ten years, the Washington REALTORS® has presented 112 ABR® accreditation courses, attended by close to 4,500 students. By offering its courses all around the state and engaging highly-regarded instructors familiar with Washington’s real estate regulations and markets, the ABR® program there has been especially well received. In a recent survey conducted by the Center for Real Estate Research at Washington State University, the program at the Washington REALTORS® was cited as the most popular choice among the more than 200 organizations in the state offering real estate training.
In the past year, the Washington REALTORS® education program has enhanced the careers of 16,000 industry professionals and partnered with other entities to provide 10,000 more with certificates of completion.
