Steven Merchant

Steven (Steve) Merchant, Broker/Owner of Global Realty International, Inc. in Orlando, FL earned his B.S. degree with honors from the University of Florida and his Executive MBA from the University of Central Florida. After serving in the United States Marine Corps for over two decades, Steve made his second career in real estate. He served as both an enlisted Marine and Officer and is very proud of his service to his country and to the Marine Corps. He devotes the same loyalty to his real estate customers that he did to his country.
 
Steve's enthusiasm and dedication have enabled him to achieve an outstanding real estate career. Designations and certifications earned: ABR®, CIPS, GRI, RMC and SFR. He has been recognized at every level as a true professional and has been honored with many listing and sales awards, including multimillion dollar producer, Silver Pinnacle Award, Executive Club Award, President's Club Award, and the Newland Community Broker of the Year Award. In 15 short years, Steve has achieved numerous milestones including: Florida REALTORS® 2002 REALTOR® Institute Scholastic Achievement Award winner, state certified real estate instructor, 2010 Grant Clarke Volunteer Award winner, Association and State Honor Society, Association BOD numerous years, Association Vice-Chairman (Budget) 2011, Association Chairman-elect 2012, Association Chairman 2013, Florida REALTORS® Director, NAR Director, Walter Rose Lifetime Award winner (2013), Association REALTOR® of the Year (2014), and named as an honoree for Orlando Business Journal's 2016 Veterans of Influence.
