Pat Strong, ABR®, ABRM, CRB, CRS, e-PRO®, GREEN, GRI, PMN, SRES®, understands the power of influence.

Whether she is influencing her students to succeed outside the classroom or promoting professional development within her local association, Strong, a broker and instructor with Strong Realty Company in San Antonio, Texas, knows that influence breeds success. Strong teaches the REBAC, SRES® and NAR’s Green Designation courses and credits earning the ABR® and ABRM designation to not only gaining personal knowledge about buyer-clients, but to help clear up the misunderstandings associated with buyer agency.

She received the Texas Association of REALTORS® 2006 Educator of the Year Award, has served on various education and professional development committees for local and state associations and assisted in curriculum development in both Texas and Tennessee.

When Strong is not teaching agents the most effective prospecting methods for reaching buyers in today’s market, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and children, five grandchildren and four dogs.
