Richard Parke, ABR®, knows buyers.
A broker with RE/MAX Central with over 16 years of real estate experience, Parke aided in the creation of two buyers-only brokerage firms and developed a series of knowledge and resource tools to help his agents successfully market to buyers.
Parke trains all of his new agents to work with buyers first before focusing on other aspects of the business and encourages agents to attend home inspections to gain knowledge on the various aspects of the real estate transaction.
He is president of his local Rotary Club, served as Deacon and youth counselor for his local church and sponsors various local youth sports teams. He credits his buyer agency practice for pulling him through the current real estate market and has expanded his reach to nearly 13 counties in Pennsylvania by focusing on providing useful tools and resources to buyers at all levels of the transaction.
Aside from volunteer activities and real estate, Parke finds time to visit Disney World every year with his family.
