More than three decades ago, Sharon was licensed in sales and marketing of real estate properties as a salesperson and principal broker. She worked part-time for many years, while working full time in attorney offices, where she was taught to process and close real estate transactions. Subsequently, she worked in the real estate title industry and was owner/title underwriter of her own company in the mid-1990s.
From her experience in legal offices and title companies, Sharon possesses that extra knowledge to assist buyers and sellers with any potential problematic issues.
Sharon’s excellent organization skills were derived over many years in the administration of offices which began while working for NASA during her high school senior year. Throughout her lifetime, Sharon has held a personal desire to be helpful and has brought this trait to her real estate career resulting in many happy, loyal buyers and sellers throughout her 30+ year career.
Sharon formed her own brokerage in 2008 and subsequently her two sons joined her in the career of real estate property marketing. After a successful 8 year adventure of brokerage management, her brokerage company merged with Long and Foster Real Estate Inc. Sharon enjoys time with her sons and 8 grandchildren, ages 8-24.
